Hey, I’m Eleanor.

Your Calm Collective guide and mentor, fellow busy mum, and author.

I read a quote on social media once from Sydney J Harris, an American journalist, who said, ‘The time to relax is when you don’t have time for it.’ It stuck with me, big time!

I've been in that rut, when you don’t feel like you have any time for yourself. I spent time researching, experiencing, and talking to fellow busy mums, and as a result, I’ve created this online space to help us all. I want women to realise that we need to take ownership of our mental health, carve out time and space for calm, and invest in our minds just as we do our bodies.

  • A computer or phone to access the membership site and all its glorious resources.

    A pen and journal would be handy but a scrap piece of paper will suffice!

    The biggest thing you’ll need is the dedication to do this FOR YOURSELF. You’ll have me and the Collective behind you all the way too.

  • No, this is really personal to you.

    Saying that, I do encourage conversations with your family about the deep work you are doing for yourself, and of course, you will always have the opportunity to share what you feel comfortable with in the Private Facebook Group.

  • Of course. You can cancel your direct debit if you decide this isn’t for you.
