I’m also fellow busy working mum, juggling life while trying to load the washing machine!
A few years ago, I felt completely exhausted and overwhelmed. I felt like I’d lost parts of my identity after becoming a mother alongside making the return to work. Then, I discovered a path to clarity and calm amidst the chaos.

You'll start by taking a step out to truly reflect on your current state. This means understanding your daily routines, identifying stressors, and acknowledging how you feel both mentally and emotionally.
This self-reflection practice is crucial for gaining a clear picture of where you are and what might be holding you back. I also highly recommend doing any self reflection with a cuppa in hand!
Create a plan for moving forward with focus & clarity.
Finally, with a clear understanding of your true desires, you'll create a game plan with actionable steps.
You'll start to prioritise tasks, effectively manage your time, and set realistic goals. This plan serves as your roadmap to a more purposeful life, turning your aspirations into reality while maintaining balance and tranquility.

This workshop blends Compassion Therapy with the power of journaling to help you take action and to hold yourself accountable to what you commit to.
When I first offered this workshop as an immersive, in-person event, every woman who attended felt empowered to make changes in their lives.
