Compassion has been a guiding force in my life, and it took a long journey to realise that self-compassion is just as crucial as kindness towards others. Small gestures can ripple outward, reshaping someone's entire universe, and this applies equally to how we treat ourselves.
My journey of understanding the power of self-compassion has profoundly influenced my perspective and approach to life and equips me with the empathy and insight to guide you within your unique journey.

Life gets to feel so damn good when we align ourselves with our truth.
My boys are my world; we form an inseparable triangle trio, and they are my everything. Although our extended family lives far away, we love and miss them dearly so we visit them as often as we can for squishes, good food, and plenty of laughter. I’m also blessed with an amazing tribe of girlfriends who light up my life with their wisdom, wit, and love.
Finding my tribe, fostering valued relationships and saying a big “HELL YES!'“ to aligned experiences has enriched my life and deepened my insight into what it means live a balanced, peaceful, and more meaningful life.

A few things that make me, me!
I believe in the power of a cup of tea for ritual, routine or a moment of calm. Mine’s no sugar, a splash of milk, and always Earl Grey after 3pm!
I’m a big book lover. Everything from romantic fiction to self-help and local stories. As a believer in self-development, I always have a non-fiction book on the go. My joyful curiosity keeps me forever learning!
I love to poi-spin - it’s a bit like fire-spinning but without the risk and just as fun!
If I could add a Fifth Anchor, it would undoubtedly be DANCING. And I don’t mean a formal style of choreographed dance. I mean an un-hinged, no-rules, fully-liberating dance around your living room.
Amidst the chaos of your endless to-do list remember to hit pause, take a breath,
and simply BE.
