I'm here to help you find time to pause and embrace calm.
I’ve been where you are—feeling the stress and compassion fatigue from work seep into home life. I remember snapping at my husband, juggling dinner, work emails, and household chores, all while missing out on precious moments with my son. It felt like I’d lost a part of myself.
But I am more than just a mum, wife, and teacher; I am a reader, writer, sun-worshipper, and creator. These parts of me were buried under the weight of work and motherhood.
I decided to take control, carve out time for myself, journal, and make meaningful self-improvements. It made a world of difference, and now I feel incredible! I want to share this journey with other mums who feel they've lost their identity or are struggling with compassion fatigue and stress.
With the 4 Anchors of Calm, I'll help you reflect on your busy life, encourage you to explore nature, be creative, and find those essential moments of solitude. Busy isn’t always better.
